Yes even anorexics have problems with there teeth because of malnutrition and purging.

I have anorexia and my teeth are in such a state, they are not falling out *yet* but they are not the prettiest of teeth to look at!

You just have to think really, your teeth are made out of bone, and its common for anorexics to get osteoporosis, which I have, and so its quite easy for your teeth to be affected.

And then the purging side of things is pretty self explantory.
