Dont feel that your self harm doesnt matter because its not mentioned as much.
Self injury can be in many forms, cutting, burning, scratching and much more extreme things, which I dont feel is relevant to mention.
So please do continue to post about it, if you need support.
The only tip I have on minimising self harm, is an elastic band, I find that works for both burning and cutting, you jsut put a band on your wrist, and ping it, and it hurts.
Also look around on here and on the internet there are many techniques and distractions.
