I did a system restore..and it fixed the problem, but the problem is connected to an update from my ISP, which means.. it will try to do it again... if I knew how to talk to them, I would, but I guess all I can say is that, DocJohn., .it has something to do with what pulls up it's own pop-up window (or denies.)
