Not everyone who is "traumatized" develops PTSD. There are many patients who suffer with DID (dissociative identity disorder) who do not have PTSD, yet they coped by developing and segmenting "others" because their trauma was so great. I'm not saying you have either of these disorders.
Surely you realize that your lifestyle is quit protective, and not really social.
