So I am deeply immersed in Women, Food & God and finding it very transformative in dealing with emotional eating/ body issues but I am struggling for the last couple of days with sitting with these feelings (cannot even name them) without having my usual coping strategies of numbing out with food.
Interested in other's perspective who may be dealing with/ have dealt with similar issues
