MY husband has only recently been diagnosed Bipolar 2 after years of major depression. His cycling can happen quite often throughout the day. Rapid cycling can happen in minutes not just weeks or months. But I agree with everyone else, your symptoms could fit any one of a number of diagnoses. Go see a doctor. *hug*
