In order to organize some of our community-related forums (e.g., forums about the Psych Central Community), we renamed slightly the technical support forum (this one), and moved the new Chat Announcements and Rules & Administration sub-forums to this grouping.

This should make it easier for folks to find all community-related information, announcements, and technical support issues.
