I am experiencing racing thoughts at the moment and getting irritable at times and feeling a bit paranoid but I don't feel like i'm in an episode of any sort that's why it's confusing me. I see my pdoc in 6 weeks so i'm going to wait until then as they aren't telling me to do anything so i'm not feeling like they are in control just that they are there and it's getting a bit too loud for my head. If it gets any worse though I will make an appointment to see my pdoc. I have outer body experiences as well does any one have these? My head is just a bundle of confusion right now.
