So there's this girl...
I considered putting this the other forum, but this post isn't so much about the fact that we are both girls as it about communication

Anyway... there's this girl that I met online and we really really REALLY hit it off... we were talking for literally 8+ hours a day...
then she tells me she is bisexual.

Very long story short... we want to be in a relationship... we have plans to meet in person at the end of the month.

Problem is... she is in Florida and I am in Georgia (but she is giving me her dog... that's why we're gonna meet)... and I can't figure out how to make the distance thing work, because I can't make long distance calls... well I can but I get charged 10 cents a minute. And my husband refuses to let me download Skype.

Can a LDR work without talking on the phone? Never being able to hear the person's voice?

Any advice at all would be GREATLY appreciated... I really want this to work!
