I'm happy for you to PM me. My dx is Bipolar, after initially being dx'd as Major Depressive Episode with psychosis.
My depression is the thing I battle with the most (I only get slighty hypomanic) and I also suffer from anxiety.
I feel that 80% of the time i'd be stable enough to offer you the support you require.
Going to see my GP tomorrow, to maybe get a referral to a new Pdoc, or alternatively deal straight with him. I have been in hospital twice, once when first starting meds and then 6 weeks later after a OD attempt (Go figure!)
