No, but the
Wikipedia article does. I first came across the term in one of the Oz books when I was a kid; wasn't aware of the Mikado connection till much later.

So far the one downside I've discovered to being a moderator is that I didn't get to watch my title change to Grand Poohbah when I passed 1500 recently.
