tips for upcoming summer and holiday
1. don't over stuff your self or make your self unconfortably full
2. eat more frequently by eating smaller meals and having snacks in
between meals.
3. if you feel the urge to push your self destruct button talk to some
one such as a family member or a friend.
4. stay away from scales as much as possible I feel that when you weigh
your self on the scale that may trigger purging or starving your self
or using laxatives and so fort.
I am sorry i can't come up with any more advise it's just so hot here
and getting sleepy.
