Well, I have decided to go to my last therapy appt. I don't like good-byes, but I think it will be a good experience for me. My therapist is being laid off and after that hit.. I was at first just not going to the last session. I read an article here that said, it would be helpful. And, it would give closure. I am not wanting to feel sad.. so I escape. I think it is time to try it. I will see her Thursday for the last time
