Hang in there Maryjain. Focus on slowing yourself down as best you can. For me long hot showers help as do long slow walks in the forest or spending time at the river. Any time communing with nature. Focus on your breathing and some mindless activity to occupy your brain. Watch what you eat. Avoid all caffenes and eat as many green veggies as you can. Self care is critical.
