Thanks guys....I gave my notice to my landlady....and I'm so pissed at her....she just thinks about money and not care about us living in such a noisy place....

Last night, I went to bed just before midnight....and again...the neighbor upstairs were making so much noise.....then the neighbor next door with their guests were sitting outside just in front of their door....they had those folded chairs....Unbelievable....It was right on Midnight....I told them...guys...people are sleeping here...and this is not a house to do whatever you want....I got to wake up and go to work in few hours....they got embarrassed and they apologized...but WTF...they do it again!!!!

Ya...I'm using the Air Conditioner to block out the noise now....Thanks to the old crappy AC with a big noise....but still jumping on my roof it's too much!

I hope I find a place ASAP and live soon....I would make sure to have the new contract for noise level....
