Change can suck big time. Even if you are staying with your Pdoc, him moving can cause upset. Hopefully the meds will kick in soon and you will feel better. Try not to be too hard on yourself.

My T has moved three times and I always felt like I was leaving another piece of me and of our work together behind. I had to grieve a little each time my T moved. I know, it sounds weird.
