I also found out this week that I didn't get that job I was interviewing for. It's such a tough market. Ygrec23 is right, this is definitely not about you. The economy is so difficult and the competition for any position is substantial. I have been looking for a while and have also experienced the same thing. You need to feel great that you not only received a call, but had two interviews. In such a competitive job market, that is a huge affirmation to your skills and qualifications. You just need to keep putting yourself out there and believe that the right role will come for you.

It wasn't your time and it wasn't the right place. I know that's not what you want to hear and when people used to say that to me, I would disregard them. But now I really believe that the right role is out there for all of us if we keep putting ourselves out there.
