I would say finding better coping skills are in order. I also applaud you for knowing this, just follow through and get the help you need. I used to be a volcano, I would erupt and wouldnt stop until I got it all out of me. I went to T and I am now in control of my anger, it doesnt control me.
I had to learn to put my feelings into words, be aware of transference, and own my behavior in relating to others. I hope you find some peace with your situation.
