I am hurting so bad. I could barley stand in the shower today. I kept having to lean up against the wall and then I had to sit on the floor just to dry off. It's never been that painful before after or during a shower.

I did take out the garbage today and vacumed a little, but other than that I haven't done a lot of things i am not supposed to do.

I don't have my tens unit, but they were supposed to send the paper work to the doc. to have her sign so i can get a new one. I have no clue how long it will take to get the new one but man could i use it now.

The pain medication and the muscle relaxor isn't working anymore and I have no clue what else there is for medication for pain cause am allergic to vicodin and percecet, well not allergic but makes me very sick so i just tell them i am allergic...easier that way. I got a shot last week for numbing in my shoulder blade but this is right in my spine and goes all the way up and then all the way down.

So am sitting with ice every 20 min on and off. It just hurts bad and I have to go to town and I have my mom's car so I have to drive it back to her. I hope that I can get the tens unit soon.
