I was feeling down last night - I had my last cortisone injection in my shoulder and was starting to wonder if it was a side affect. Luckily I felt better today. Instead of fighting it, just think it will pass and take extra good care of yourself. Since you just got out of the hospital, you might be feeling an adjustment being on your own again.
