Don - Please talk to someone about your worries - your parents, school nurse or social worker, etc. and tell them about the voice in your head. Write down what he says to you and show them. Tell them how the voice makes you feel. Sometimes it hard for a teenager to get adults to listen...so writing it down can help. I think we read better than we listen!
