Grrr sounds like it was THEIR fault it lapsed in the first place...idiots(sorry) SOunds so typical....and Im sure it sat there sixty...FIVE days on purpose.....I would go over whoever's head and demand they back date it ...it was THEIR fault...you applied in a timely manner.
