Meditation is wonderful. I've been doing it now for over 30 years. Now I am able to meditate while I do other things. It just happened one day and I've been doing it ever since. Depending on the situation it doesn't always work but I can at least ground back to my head if someone is "doing it in" or having a go at me.

Keep with it Indie you will find strength in being able to take a deep breath and remove yourself from a situation even if you can't get out of it; though someone said I was disassociating, which isn't true because I am fully aware of it when I meditate, when I dissasociate I drift off and have no memory of what I say or do if I do say or do anything.

Mediatation is like one of those really deep breaths you get and feel really comfortable inside and satisfied with the it. Keep at it and enjoy it. Find yourself some really lovely music and just sit or lay down and listen to it...
