Well, as hard as I bite (which is my most common) it leaves more than bruises. It leaves blisters (from the pressure), and marks that last for weeks. The last time I bit, 3 weeks ago yesterday, the marks from that are just starting to fade. They actually look like burns.

I've been trying not to bite, very hard lately to not bite. Personal/family things going on lately. But, I didn't bite...which I am kind of proud of.
