Both when I was in rehab and in the psych hospital I was introduced to mindfullness meditation. I don't do it nearly often enough, but I always feel great when I do do it. I have a set of CD's by Jon Kabat Zin called Mindefullness for Beginners, that are a series of guided meditions. I like them a lot. You can get them from Amazon.
