Its very good medicine Indie. It is one of my primary coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety and just generally a good practice to help me feel connected. I am not very formal about it. Just sitting and listening to my breath can be relaxing enough most times. I get a lot of light flashes when I close my eyes and sometimes I will just find one to focus on that will reveal some interesting images that I can get lost in for a long time. I always feel much more relaxed afterwards.
