I think about my beliefs, he was talking about my past delusions, and once I admitted that I thought briefly people were reading my mind. But I believe I have Bipolar 1 with mood related psychosis, not schizoaffective, since I had such delusions during my severe mood episodes.

I want to bring up ADHD too, because I'm curious if meds would help, but now I'm on three meds for the one disorder I have and I don't know about adding on to that. I was dxed ADHD as a kid.

Then there's Asperger's, but I already talked about that with them and they said no...

Basically I don't know what's going on with my mind.
