I think you made a great decision in taking a year out of uni while you get better so then you can go back to it when you're more able, I really wish I had done that but I dropped out instead.

I think it might help to talk to your partner, I understand you don't want him to worry but I think that's the deal you make when you love someone, I'm sure he would WANT to help and support you.
