Also, I have a similar problem with insomnia. Prescriptions either don't work or cause side effects that are altogether unwelcome. I've found a combination of no caffeine within 6 hours of bedtime and a homeopathic OTC sleeping pill seems to help somewhat. I recommend researching ingredients before trying it though. Some dietary supplements can interact negatively with medicines and since they're not actually medicines themselves they don't list potential interactions on the label. The sellers (cashiers/sales reps/etc.) generally can't say anything that could be constituted as medical advice if they're not actually in the medical field. Pharmacists sometimes can help though.
