It was my Birthday today and while it was a wickedly awesome day despite not having family or a boyfriend around, my friends all gathered up and celebrated with me as a surprise

It nearly ended badly when I stood up from the sofa, screamed and crashed to the ground. My stomach. it seriously felt like I had been stabbed in the stomach straight through to my spine. The pain was excruciating and while I NEVER cry from pain, it was so bad, I was reduced to tears. I was curled in a ball on the floor, clutching my stomach crying my eyes out. My stomach felt like it had ripped and it spread through to my back and was awful.

It stayed like this for a good hour or so and I eventually could straighten out my legs and lay on my back. Then another hour later, I could stand up, but with pain. Half hour longer and i could stand up and walk with very little pain so since then I have been walking very slowly and sitting on my sofa. I took 2 nurofen to ease the pain. I am seeing my dr tomorrow. I saw her today and she said if my stomach pains got worse, I HAVE to go see her. So after tonight, I need to go and see her. And I will make sure that I do.

I'm still not 100% but I'm taking it easy for once. Art therapy was very emotional and difficult today. First session. But I got through it and am going again next week
