You should def go get a second opinion. I'm kind of assuming that you are female? If so then seeing a gynacologist might be more helpful as a prolapse can cause both bladder and bowel incontinence. However if you see a urologist they should be able to identify if that's the problem or not and refer you on. Urologists don't usually deal with bowel problems too.
