I use to get those, too. When I was on Zoloft. It's like a bzzzt in your brain. But for me, it happened just before I'd fall off to sleep. It didn't bug me. I just thought of it as my brain turning off.
I don't get them anymore since I've been off the meds and it's been past a year now.
Neck zaps too? I never got those.
Something doesn't sound right in your case.
It shouldn't be making you feel crazier or disrupting your sleep.
Definetly talk to your doctor about this.
