Yes ohseedee is right just take it one day at a time. If need, just one minute at a time.This addiction takes time to overcome. And from my own expereince Getting physical exersice helps a lot, and also crying helps. Just find something to replace the cutting. The physical exersice is the best one by far. but If you don't have time, then find a teady bear and cry into him. Wishing you a better day tomorrow.
