HI Cherry, Do you have a CPN? you could ask them. I had a case about 5 years ago I was very depressed and was hospitalised in the local unit, however there was a patient in there that I knew and the staff couldnt guarantee my safety from him and their best advice to me was that I should be sent home as they couldnt have 24 hour protection in place!!! Can you imagine, i was seriously depressed (suicidal in fact) and sent home to my flat to be on my own all because of this guy.

Hopefully things will have improved and you can now move intra trusts.
