I don't actually know BUT, in my local GP surgery there's a big poster on the wall about how when you are referred to the hospital for treatment it is actually your choice which hospital you go to and you can pick any NHS hospital. So, they might have that in place for things like this, too, it's definitely worth asking your therapist or whoever you have looking after you, you could even ask the doctor as I know they have those posters in doctor's surgeries so they would probably know about it too.
