Time to get out, go home to your home town where people are nice and they treat you with kindness and respect. Tell your husband that his lover beat you up on IM and you've had enough! One of the first things abusers do is isolate their victim from their family & friends.

And he can't keep your son. And if that is the language they use then you and your son are better off out of there and away from them. What example is this setting for kids? It's just teaching them to treat you badly and to treat any female they get into a relationship with, the way you are being treated. Just not on.

Oooh I swear if I were there I'd drag you out of that place...but would you leave? I just don't think it's healthy and I don't think the way his mate spoke to you is at all acceptable; but only you can make the decision and the move...
