I AM a lawyer and as long as nobody got seriously hurt it's all a matter of paperwork! There's NOTHING to worry about. All cars will go to body shops and get fixed, and the insurance companies will wrangle among themselves about who's going to pay. And they've done this eighty billion times before, so nobody there is getting upset about it. The ONLY thing that matters is that no one was seriously hurt! If your husband is okay physically, don't worry about it! It certainly sounds like, from what you say, it was the woman's fault and not your husband's. So relax! Nothing's wrong! It could have been an awful lot worse than it was, but it wasn't!
