HmmmTramadol/Ultram isn't really a very good pain med and has lots of side effects. Darvpocet should not be given on a lonf term basis as it's metabolites can become dangerous. If short acting pain meds are working for you maybe you could replace the Ultram and the Darvon with something like Percocet. You can take up to 12 of the 10/325 pils a day which is a pretty good dose. Just make sure you dont take more than 4 grams of tylenol a day for extended periods. Keep the Advil as it is not pain killer but an antiinflamatory. You might be able to get by with less than the 12 - 10/325's a day. Talk to your doctor. Ask what he thinks. Ifhe isn't a pin doc you might try going to a pain clinic. Good luck!
