now i dont know how well it work with wound vacs but i heard yogurt is a great yeast infection killer...i dont know exactly where all your yeast infection is located but (this is gonna sound weird but this is what i heard, i would research it though just in case) if you have yeast in the vaginal area they say to insert yogurt and it will help....again..i would research this and see how much they recommend or how to put it on other parts of your body..and i dont know if i would yogurt around your wound vac..that doesnt seem kosher to me...this is what i heard..sorry i cant be of more help!
