Hi Kathryn. It was about 4-5 months for my antidepressants to fully kick in. My body seems resistant to drugs. I also have a very low pain thresh hold.I am now on 2 antidepressants along with Abilify, and Klonopin. Xanax methadone, and Flexeril for chronic pain.

I'm sorry life is so hard for you and your husband. Better times are ahead.
