Ugh, I don't know if it's my computer, or my internet provider, or my internet equipment.

I am having an impossible time getting onto different internet sites. When I use IE, it tells me that some internet sites are not available. When I use Google Chrome, it tells me "oops, site can't be found.....this includes accessing all my emails.

It started happening on Friday after we had a huge storm on Thursday which knocked out my internet.....all weekend I have been fighting this & my internet company isn't open over the weekend.

First thing tomorrow I will be calling them.

I went in & reset all the cookies & data & stuff. On the sites that I can seem to get like here, all the picture come up as little boxes with red x's in them or another icon for an image. It's almost like all I can get is text only information (no Html)?

I am so frustrated right now. This is my laptop that I am having problems with. My desktop I haven't reloaded the antivirus program on it yet after it expired in May, so I am a bit afraid to go onto the internet. Think I will try to see if it will access my internet providers email.

Grrrr. I hate it when I can't tell if it's the internet or my computer that's messed up. The antenna for my internet might have broken in the huge wind we had in that last storm but I wouldn't think it would be so consistent about the sites it will & won't access.

I didn't need this problem right now...I have too many other issues I am trying to deal with.

Any insights from here or similar experiences would definitely be appreciated.

On top of that, the other night when I was typing on the keyboard, the "o" key fell off. It's not broken & still has the bracket that fits onto the keyboard. Don't know exactly what caused it to. It seems like there must be some king of tool that's needed because I can't hold the bracked down to hook it onto the. Ugh, I didn't need that problem. Anyone familiar with replacing a key on the keyboard?
