I appreciate the well-meaning intentions of the member saying what I recommended, but one of our guidelines is to not speak for others here. In this case, a well-meaning member recommended the exact opposite of what I actually said --

I use avast now, NOT AVG. I'm pretty sure any anti-virus software is better than none, however.
