Did you have a lot of coffee or chocolate or caffeine?
That does a number to my being able to sleep. It might be good to keep a log of everything you're putting into your body and see how you feel that day and how it coexists with your moods.
Something like taking a sleeping pill or having a cup of coffee can dramatically change the way I feel.
Make sure that it's nothing you're eating or over the counter meds you're taking. (Be sure they don't screw up with the prescibed meds your taking.)
If all that checks out then talk to your doctor about getting your meds changed. Your meds are supposed to be helping you and if you're feeling this out of sorts they may not be working for you or the kind you take may not take to your chemistry well and make you feel worst.
It happened to me once and I had tell the doc and insist on changing meds (He thought the symptoms were apart of the anxiety but I knew myself and my body better.) and when he did change them it made a world of difference.
Try this and see if it helps.
