I'm only suggesting...cause I can't relate to all that you suffer with, but has anyone thought of maybe volunteering? I know that may be too much, but what about an animal shelter? A soup kitchen?
Maybe even volunteer in your local mental health agency...
I honestly can't relate...I work all day...then take care of everything else and crises come up often being the single parent of a 19 yo bipolar daughter, but I just thought I'd throw that out there...
