Oh ((((((((thunder!)))))))) I am really sorry you hurt yourself and I hope you are on your feet again soon. Please remember that the doctor wouldn't give you something if you didn't need it and he wouldn't give you something dangerous.

It's admirable that you are watching out to ensure you don't get rehooked, and you should be proud of that. But if you need pain relief then you should have it; pain is one of those things that can drive someone to absolute dispair if it's untreated.
