A friend in the model horse hobby took her life recently. I never met her but we exchanged emails and I never knew she was depressed. Today was her memorial but it was too far for me to travel. In January I received a horse she painted for me. The horse has been above my fireplace since I received him. Such a tragic loss of a kind and talented person.
