i didnt know those were forms of SI.
i used to punch my punching bag my parents got me until my knuckles bled. i liked it, i thought it meant i was accomplishing something. now, when i get really frustrated, i bite my finger really hard and punch my leg. i just thought those were quick things, not neccesarily SI, but now it makes sense.
