What is the worst thing that can happen if someone we don't know becomes an admin?

Think about it -- newbies arriving on the scene TODAY don't know Kimmydawn or DocJohn or Ozzie or any of us. They have to take the time to get to know us.

Think about it -- what is the "trust" factor good for in this situation? Why is it important that WE trust the admin? Isn't it more important to DocJohn?
