are these regular meals you are talking about? (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or are you eating because of boredom, anxiety, depression. I usually eat excessively when I'm going through those feelings.If so try to stock up on healthy snacks when the urge arises or try to occupy your time doing somthing else like taking a walk (if it's a convenient to do so).
