Ever since I was a little kid, I"ve always had severe night terrors on almost a daily basis. To this day, every night I dream that either someone is trying to kill me or that I'm trying to run away from something. I'm always so stressed out and very scared in my dreams and often wake up screaming. As a chronic sufferer from anxiety and panic attacks, I also recently found out that I have temperol lobe epilepsy. Does anyone know if night terrors can be caused from the epilepsy or am I just a really stressed out anxious person that I can't even escape the anxiety in my sleep? It's to the point where I'm getting scared to fall asleep because of the horrible dreams I get. Anyone else in the same boat or know of any tips I can do to lessen the night terrors?
